Cryptocurrency Deposit Guide

Learn how to deposit crypto assets into your WasabiCard, covering supported currencies (e.g., USDT, USDC), network options, processing times, and deposit limits.

How to Make Your Cryptocurrency Deposit?

To help you smoothly start using your card, please follow this guide to complete your crypto deposit. The entire process is secure and fast.

Step 1: Navigate to the Deposit Page

Log in to your Wasabi account. Ensure you are on the [Wallet] page in the left navigation bar, then locate and click the [Deposit] button on the main interface.

Step 2: Select Coin and Network

In the pop-up deposit details window, complete the following selections in order:

  • Select Coin: Choose the asset you wish to deposit from the drop-down menu.

    • Note: Currently, the platform only supports USDT and USDC.

  • Select Network: Choose the blockchain network that matches your sending wallet (e.g., BNB Smart Chain BEP-20).

Tip: Deposit fees and limits (minimum/maximum deposit amounts) may vary due to market fluctuations or policy adjustments. Please always refer to the real-time data displayed on your current page.

Step 3: Get Address and Complete Transfer

  • Get Deposit Details: The system will automatically generate your exclusive deposit address and QR code.

  • Transfer via Platform/ Wallet:

    • Option A - Copy & Paste: Click the "Copy" icon next to the address. Open the external exchange (e.g., Binance, OKX) or crypto wallet where your funds are stored, go to the [Withdraw] page, and paste the copied address into the recipient address field.

    • Option B - Scan QR Code: If you are using an exchange mobile App or a mobile wallet, go to the [Withdraw] page on that platform, tap the scanner icon, and directly scan the QR code displayed on the Wasabi page.

Important Notice: When withdrawing from an external platform, please ensure that the selected [Coin] and [Network] match your selections on Wasabi exactly! Any incorrect selections will result in permanent loss of funds.

Step 4: Check Deposit Progress

Once the transfer is complete, there is no need to manually refresh the page. Simply scroll down to check the real-time status of your transaction in the [Recent Deposits Records] section. Here, you will find detailed information including Order ID, Amount Received, Fees, and TXID.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Why hasn't my deposit arrived yet?

A: The arrival time of your deposit depends on the congestion level of the blockchain network (as it requires a specific number of network confirmations).

  • Please check first: Whether the withdrawal status on your external platform (e.g., Binance) shows "Successful" and a TXID (Transaction ID/Hash) has been generated.

  • If the external platform shows success but your Wasabi account hasn't been credited yet, it usually just takes 2-5 minutes. If it hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with your account UID and TXID.

Q2: What should I do if I selected the wrong network or deposited an unsupported coin?

A: Please proceed with extreme caution! Crypto transfers are irreversible.

  • If you deposit assets to the wrong blockchain network or send coins other than USDT / USDC, the platform will generally NOT be able to recover your funds.

  • Always double-check that the Coin and Network on both the Wasabi page and the external withdrawal page match perfectly before confirming the transfer.

Q3: Is there a minimum deposit limit? What happens if I deposit less than the minimum?

A: Yes. The current minimum deposit amount is dynamically displayed on the deposit page.

  • Please ensure that your net deposit amount (the amount after deducting the withdrawal fee from the external platform) is greater than or equal to the minimum limit.

  • Note: Any deposit below the minimum limit cannot be credited and is non-refundable.

Q4: Does Wasabi charge a fee for deposits?

A: The current deposit fee for Wasabi is 1.5%. If there is any discrepancy between this FAQ and the official website, the information on the official website should be considered the latest and authoritative.

  • Please note that when you initiate a withdrawal from an external platform (like Binance or a personal wallet), that platform or the blockchain network will also charge a network/gas fee. Make sure to account for this fee to ensure the final received amount meets your needs.
