Scenario 1: You remember your current password and change it within the account

If you can currently log in to your account normally and just want to update your password periodically, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account, go to the [Security] page, and click [Change Password] under the "Change Login Password" section.

  1. Enter the password modification page, and input your Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password in sequence.

  2. Click the [Submit] button at the bottom to complete the password change directly. No verification code is required during this process.

Scenario 2: You have completely forgotten your password and cannot log in

If you are unable to access your account because you forgot your password, please use the reset function on the login page:

  1. Open the platform login page.

  2. Below the password input box on the right, click the [Forgot Password?].

  3. Follow the system prompts to enter your registered email, then obtain and enter the security verification code you receive.

  4. Once verified, you can set and change your new login password directly on the page.
